We were on our way from Tindivanam to Chennai when we chanced upon to see @mohabbathbiriyani and did not think twice before entering in. Loved the ambiance and the setup. Restaurant was neat. We ordered 3 main course dishes namely 1) 🍗 Chicken Biriyani 2) Meat 🍖 Biriyani & 3) Kizhi Parotta We found the dishes were too good to resist. Loved the taste since unlike the usual style where the base rice is the same but is served with Meat/Chicken, we found it was not the case here. When we had Chicken Biryani (which was made with basmati rice), we found it was good but it was toppled by Mutton Biryani (made with seeraga samba rice). Kizhi parotta was the ultimate. It had generous chicken pieces with boiled eggs. Note that mutton biriyani doesn’t come with egg. Meat/Chicken pieces were soft and cooked well. They were marinated well and masala was good. Aroma and taste was enhanced because of this. Raita and brinjal gravy was equally good. You could ask for more if it gets over. Quantity of rice was sufficient. Mouth freshener was served in the end along with tje bill. We paid ₹850 in total. Totally satisfied :) #biriyani #parotta #kizhiparotta #meat #chicken #nonveg #mohabbathrestaurant
