
Sharing my most requested overnight oats recipe. This is usually my breakfast twice a week and I love it. Recipe: 3-4tbsp of rolled oats and add lil milk enough to soak. Add soaked chia seeds(soak for 5mins in water) again 1 tbsp Then add fruit of your choice. I add banana and chikoo these days. Fruit added here must not be a citrus fruit. Add the layer of high protein yogurt. 100g yogurt is sufficient. Top it with pomegrate. Th combination of pomegranate with plain greek yogurt is delicious. To avoid adding any sugars your fruits must be generous qty. in this recipe Im using flavoured epigamia turbo. Add lots of roasted seeds like flax seeds, pumpkin seeds and roasted almonds. Trust me you will love it if you make it like this.
