Hair carries a chronological record of survival. Stress, nutrition, environment, endurance. Logged centimetre by centimetre. Readable long after the moment has passed. The same methods used to study human hair are used on animal hair. Wool becomes evidence. Of climate. Of diet. Of how a body lived through seasons. A pattu is made from that hair.
