
I carry small travel packs of creatine and protein ( I use @muscleblaze ) Creatine once a day, just mix it in water and done. And before any heavy lunch or dinner, I take one scoop of protein so I don’t go completely overboard. I still enjoy my food, usually 2 proper meals a day, but I balance it out by staying active. Minimum 15k steps daily And for sweet cravings hit, I like to go for flavored Greek yogurt. It satisfies the craving and adds protein too. The goal isn’t perfection. It’s enjoying your trip without coming back feeling like you’ve lost all your progress.
