Tanima Das is back again with her second book, the extended part or rather I say — the conclusion part— The Loopiness of Life. Sequel to "The Sorcery of The Senses" The first part was an amazing fantasy blended with magic, re-birth theme and mystical realm, a fantastic amalgamation and engrossing read. The second book is also same interesting with Tamima 's captivating writing style. The amalgamation of feelings, emotions, tribal people, an enchanted forest, wisdom, and a missing stone story unfolded with past life stories of senses. In this book Dhruv's past life story beautifully blended with his current life and tries to find answer of all the mistakes. Tanima skillfully created Dhruv's character, he is not flawless, even at some point, I felt awful for Dhruv, and that is the beauty of Tanima's writing, her characters are not flawless, they are human, author beautifully captured the essence of humans. I was waiting for this series, I wanted to understand how Dhruv got the mysterious stone and I got the answer. With lucid writing it's another splendid book from her. Also I think the climax could have been better, it was a bit rush ending. ☕🫖📚 Dhruv's life changes forever when the five senses appear before him, revealing that he has lived many lives... and that he is the Sixth Sense, born to restore balance to creation itself. But when love and betrayal follow him across worlds... from modern-day Kolkata to the lost kingdoms of another time... Dhruv discovers that destiny is never simple.
