Everything is from real-life experiences and life-changing military campaigns. The author shows the importance of "action, failure, and reflection" as the true drivers of success. The author teaches us how important is empathy, resilience, integrity, accountability, agility, insight, and courage for leadership. Such a clear read with good lessons. The language used is simple and easy to understand. This is an inspiring and exceptional read with practical tips. The author shows how the same military values work in business and daily life. The writing style is crisp and unique.       Overall, I loved this book and would strongly recommend it to all.
