Here's a simple recipe to make amla shots: Ingredients: Fresh amla (Indian gooseberries) Ginger Mint Black salt Salt Water Jaggery Instructions: Prepare the Amla: Wash the amlas thoroughly. Cut them into small pieces and remove the seeds. Blend the Ingredients: Add the chopped amla, other ingredients and water to a blender. Blend until smooth. Strain the Mixture: Strain the blended mixture using a fine sieve or muslin cloth to extract the juice. Discard the pulp. Serve: Pour the juice into shot glasses and serve immediately. Tips: For a spicy twist, you can add a pinch of black pepper powder. Chill the shots in the refrigerator before serving for a refreshing experience.
