
Simple dosa idli chutney 🌶️🥜 (ingredients ⬇️ save it ) Peanut–Onion–Tomato Dosa Chutney 🌼Ingredients Peanuts – ½ cup Roasted gram (futana) - 2 spoon Onion – 2 medium (chopped) Tomato – 4 medium (chopped) Green chilli – 1–2 (as per taste) Garlic – 3–4 cloves Ginger – 1 small piece (½ inch) Oil – 1–2 tsp Salt – to taste Water – as needed For tempering (optional but recommended): Oil – 1 tsp Mustard seeds – ½ tsp Cumin seeds - 1 tsp Dry red chilli – 1 Curry leaves – few 🌼Method Roast peanuts and roasted gram in a pan on medium flame until lightly golden. Remove and keep aside. In the same pan, heat oil. Add garlic, ginger, green chilli and sauté till aromatic. Add onion and sauté till soft and light golden. Add tomato and cook till soft and oil separates slightly. Let the mixture cool slightly. Grind roasted peanuts , roasted gram + cooked mixture + salt with little water to a smooth or slightly coarse chutney. Prepare tempering: heat oil, add mustard seeds, dry red chilli & curry leaves. Pour over chutney. 🌼Tips For extra tang, add a small piece of tamarind while grinding. For hotel-style taste, add 1–2 tsp roasted chana dal along with peanuts. Adjust water for thick or flowing consistency.
