It not only tastes amazing but also keeps me full till lunchtime. I have overnight oats 2-3times a week and this one is my fav. I prep this the night before. Check the ingredients below. ✨I prefer to use rolled oats rather that instant oats. Also roast these rolled oats prior and store. Just roast it on low flame without any oil. ✨ 1tbsp Chia seeds ✨ 1tbsp Flax seeds ( I like my flax seeds soaked so I add it first. If you like the flavour then add them like a topping) ✨1scoop protein powder/whey protein(your preferred brand) ✨1 cup milk ✨1 tsp Cacao powder (I don't use cocoa because cacao is yummier & healthier) ✨ 1/2 tsp dates powder which is optional. If your protein is sweetened then taste it first and add accordingly. ✨1-2 scoop of Epigamia turbo yogurt. Can add more or as desired. ✨ 1 Chopped chikoo ✨ Pomegranate ✨Top it off with all the seeds you got. I had only pumpkin today but I also add muskmelon seeds. ✨ Roasted and Chopped Almonds
