🌾 Lohri Fusion Alert! 🎉 Say hello to Makki Nachos with Gur Dip, a crispy, sweet, and oh-so-yummy twist on traditional Lohri flavors! 🎊 Ingredients: For Nachos: • 1 cup cornflour (makki ka atta) • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour • 1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain) • 1/2 tsp salt , 1/2 tsp red chilli pwd • 1 tbsp oil • Warm water (to knead) For Gur Dip: • 1 cup grated jaggery • 2 tbsp fresh cream • 1/2 tsp cardamom Instructions: For Nachos: 1. Prepare Dough: • In a mixing bowl, combine cornflour, whole wheat flour, ajwain, salt, and ghee. • Gradually add warm water and knead into a firm dough. Cover and rest for 10 minutes. • Roll out the dough into thin sheets using parchment paper to prevent sticking. • Cut into triangular shapes to resemble nachos. 3. Air Fry Nachos: • Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F). • Place the triangles in a single layer in the air fryer basket. • Air fry for 10 -20minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy. For Gur Dip: • Heat grated jaggery in a small pan with 2-3 tbsp water until it melts into a smooth syrup. • Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. • Mix in fresh cream cardamom powder, for flavor.
