Debjani's Post

We discussed food for months. Then, a plan for collaboration emerged. Although we had to say, "You'll have to wait," for some unwanted reason a few months back but we told ourselves, "Picture abhi baki hai mere dost." Then, @earth_story_farms and @theredbarikolkata entered the picture. Next, we worked on a menu close to our hearts using pure ingredients from ESF, driven by various reasons and especially cuisine from different Indian states. We are "8 Hands," @chefmenon_coastal_macha @_gooseberri @theharmonypot_ and yours truly @foodofdebjani. 8 hands is an initiative that embraces our distinct strengths. While two of us specialized in specific regional cooking techniques, the other two are not confined to a single cuisine. Despite these differences, we can seamlessly collaborate, combining our strength to present specialized dishes that reflect our dedication, knowledge, and passion. And we are coming for the first time joining those 8 hands on September 1st.
