We are jumping with joy to bring you the first and the monsoon chapter of our farm-to-table series. Four super-loved chefs from the city cook with our produce in a restored art deco heritage café. Intriguing much already? What to expect, you ask? Cuisine from all over India with ESF produce, progressive and fun, some comfortable, most of it unexpected; let’s say kasundi in a mocktail and kooler aachar in a meat marinade.
