Day 6 of my reset and honestly, today tested me. Ankle still swollen, movements slow, and everything taking twice the effort. No workouts. No 10k steps. Just rest, patience, and listening to my body (which is harder than any workout 🥲) But I didn’t give up. Ate simple, home-cooked meals. Stayed mindful. Showed up in the smallest ways possible. Because this reset is not about perfection… it’s about consistency — even on the hard days. Healing. Resetting.
