My dear lovelies, I know I took a long break from posting here. Nothing actually happened but its just that life got busy, motivation disappeared, and somewhere along the way I stopped showing up for myself too. But something inside me keeps saying — start again. So that’s exactly what I’m doing. I dont know where to start or what to post,thats when I decided the easiest thing I could do now is to work on myself and then share it here with you all. For the next 8 weeks, I’m committing to rebuilding my health with simple home meals, daily movement, and realistic routines as a mom of three who loves doing a lot of things at a time🤣 This time I have told myself that "Priya,dont go into any extreme diets,dont chase perfection. Just do what you feel is right for you at that moment of time" This is my 8 Week Reset, now you might be wondering why 8 weeks,its just cause my birthday is nearing and atleast as of now thats my purpose to get all healthy and happy so I’m sharing the journey here.
