
SAVE this Kala Chana recipe 🌿 Simple, wholesome and perfect for a comforting lunch. 🔸 Grind coriander seeds, jeera and dried red chillies to make a fresh masala. 🔸 Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add jeera and hing. 🔸 Add chopped onions, ginger and garlic. Sauté until golden brown. 🔸 Add chopped tomatoes, salt, turmeric and the prepared masala.
