Started this New Year with a punch (literally)! 🥊 Over the years, fitness has completely changed me, it inspired me, pushed me & become something I truly love. So instead of the usual partying and drinks, I decided to do what makes me happiest, explore fitness in a whole new way. Muay Thai has always fascinated me. Growing up watching WWE and fighting with my brother, I’ve always been drawn to the art of fighting. So I finally gave it a try, and honestly, it’s so much more than just a workout. It’s fun, intense, and feels like the perfect way to let go of everything while building strength and focus.
