Biryani By Kilo @biryanibykilo serves authentic Hyderabadi, Lucknow and Kolkata style biryani in beautiful earthen handis with options of the biryani in 1 kg and ½kg. They also have delicious side dishes, parathas, desserts and beverages as well. They serve fresh food made individually per order. I recently ordered from their user friendly app where I got the Chicken Hyderabadi Biryani, the Non-Veg Platter and the Matka Phirni. The ½ kg Chicken Hyderabadi Biryani (₹460) is sufficient enough for 2 people. This delicious biryani contains 4 fresh pieces of marinated chicken in their house special spices and layered with long grain basmati rice and sealed in the handi. The Non-Veg Platter (₹699) contains 3 pieces of Mutton Galauti Kebabs which is a Lucknowi specialty item made by marinating finely ground mutton keema with a mix of exotic spices; 4 pieces of Chicken Seekh Kebabs which was made with minced chicken blended with spices and grilled over the flames; 5 pieces of Tawa Fish which were shallow fried and marinated in their special spices; and 4 pieces of Chicken Jamuni Tikka which were succulent soft chicken kebabs with a tangy taste. All these were accompanied with sides of salad, mint chutney and a spicy dip. There were two delicious Imli Adraki Lemonades complimentary with this platter. The Matka Phirni (₹285) was the best part of this order. It was a lovely creamy dessert made with freshly ground rice combined with milk, sugar, saffron and a kewra flavour. . .
