A few days back I received Dosa and Idli batters from Rishta Foods @rishtafoods and I really loved it. I had received the multigrain batter and the original plain batter. The ingredients in the multigrain dosa and idli batter were water, rice, urad dal, ragi, salt and methi; and the ingredients in the plain batter were water, rice, ragi, salt and methi. They had also given two packets of Milagai Podi which is a type of chutney powder. These were very simple to make. You just need to add a bit of water to get the desired consistency and then spread the batter over the tawa to get your delicious dosa. I personally loved these and will surely buy these amazing batters again. ❤️ . .
