Aminia @aminiarestaurant is a branded chain of restaurants with many locations in West Bengal, India, which specialises in traditional Mughlai cuisine of Eastern India. The restaurant is most noted for its special Biryani and Aminia Special. It was opened in 1929, and is a growing chain of restaurants within West Bengal. The restaurant is one of the fastest growing restaurants in Eastern India. It has been consistently ranked in the top 3 Mughlai Restaurants in Kolkata. I recently had the Naan paired with Handi Chicken, Special Chicken Biryani and to end the meal I had phirni. The naan was soft and it tastes best when eaten immediately. It tasted amazing with the handi chicken, which had small pieces of tender chicken cooked in a tomato and yoghurt base. The Special Chicken Biryani was made with Indian spices, rice, and two solid pieces of soft chicken. Phirni is a thick and creamy pudding made from ground rice.
