Black Eyed Beans Curry Recipe a.k.a. Lobia or Rongi Ingredients and Method: Black Eyed Beans Curry Recipe a.k.a. Lobia or Rongi 1. Heat 5-6 tbsp Mustard Oil. Let it cool down. 2. When oil gets luke warm, add Whole Spices such as 1 tbsp Cumin, ½tbsp Coriander, 1-2 Cardamom, ½ inch Cinnamon. Sauté. Also add ¼tbsp Hing (Asafoetida) 3. Add 1tbsp Chopped Chillies, 1 Chopped Garlic, Chopped Ginger and Sauté for a while. 4. Now add 1 cup Chopped Onions and Sauté Till Golden Brown. 5. Now add 1tbsp Red Chilly Powder, ⅔tbsp Haldi and Salt To Taste, mix well. 6. Now add ⅔ cup Tomato Puree and Sauté till oil comes on top. 7. Now add 2 cups of Boiled Lobia and mix well with the masala. 8. Add water (Lobia Boiled Water) to adjust consistency. Let the curry simmer for 10 minutes. 9.
