🇮🇳 My creative expression finds its sweetest form in making Indian desserts. For me, the title "Halwai" isn’t just a word — it’s a badge of honour. I’m not a Halwai yet, not even close to the mastery a true Indian dessert chef holds… but I deeply respect the craft. A Halwai’s work isn’t ordinary — it’s an art of finesse, patience, and tradition.
