@onlychaats Almost a year ago, Aman said, "I am going to work on my own project full-time. Let me give it my all for once. I think I have learnt enough to run my show. I am confident." I considered it just another thing he said. Nothing extraordinary at all because he's a man of his word. He does exactly what he says. And I knew this man was going to figure it all out like it was nothing. He's one hell of a professional and has never shied away from learning everything he needs to know. I just told him, "Main aapke saath hun. Aap chaalu karo. Phir dekhte hain." (~ I am with you. Start from somewhere, and we'll see where it goes.) Although I didn't know much about FMCG businesses back then, I brought my humble expertise in business, particularly in building systems for Business Operations and Communication Strategy at OnlyChaats. Being a lean business, our priorities were clear. We wanted to create a line of strong products and an exceptional customer relationship. The first milestone was achieved with ease because I had a trained, experienced Chef with working experience at many prestigious names in the industry. The second one is an everyday task. Our customer relationships became visible to us when people started remembering OnlyChaats in their cozy spaces - Cousins' meetups, friends' reunions, school functions, retirement parties, and takeaways for a romantic evening date. That was it for us. I said, "Aman, we made it. This is what we wanted." He agreed, but the guy is a tough Founder who treats every milestone as a stepping stone to the next journey. I am more invested in celebrating for some time and then walking the next path. OnlyChaats is no longer just a dream project of its enthusiastic Founder and a Founding CEO. Today, it is Jammu's highest-rated business in its niche. Our social media is filled with queries, and more often than not, we are busy fulfilling them with our humble team. Nothing had prepared us for all these moments, milestones, bottlenecks, and redirections. I have seen it all, and I am right here with you, waiting to see the glory of what we have created together. Here's to many more milestones that you'll rush us through.
