इतरांपेक्षा आमचा Job Fair वेगळा कसा Tasmiya Shaikh Job fair India "नवदुर्गा महाराष्ट्राच्या" मा. तस्मिया शेख, मुस्लिम समाजातील एक तरुणी नोकरीपेक्षा उद्योजक बनण्याकडे ओढा असणाऱ्या तस्मिया यांनी बारावीचे शिक्षण थांबवले. साडेतीन हजार रुपयांची नोकरी सुरू केली परंतु पाचशे रुपये कमी दिल्यामुळे ती नोकरी सोडली आणि स्वतःच नोकरी देणारे बनायचे हे ठरले. याच प्रेरणेतून त्यांनी Job Fair India ही कंपनी सुरू केली. त्यानंतर महिलांना स्वयंरोजगारासाठी Bakewall ही कंपनी सुरू केली. घरचा विरोध जुगारून लाखो युवकांना नोकरी देणाऱ्या तस्मिया शेख यांचा पॉडकास्ट वास्तव कट्टा व अर्हम फाउंडेशन यांच्या संयुक्त विद्यमाने आयोजित नवदुर्गा महाराष्ट्राच्या या सीरिजमध्ये वास्तव कट्टा या यूट्यूब चैनल #shorts #podcast #vastavkatta
