Sometimes I look at my own reels and wonder if people can see the chaos behind them. Motherhood gave me the deepest love I’ve ever known. But it also took pieces of me I’m still trying to find again. I lost spontaneity. I lost sleep. I lost friendships that couldn’t survive this phase. I lost confidence in my body. I lost parts of my mental health trying to be “strong.” I lost time for my business, my passions, my relationship. And sometimes… I lost myself too. Social media makes motherhood look soft, glowing and picture perfect. But behind the Reels that show our strength are women silently grieving the version of themselves they had to leave behind. And maybe that doesn’t make us ungrateful mothers. Maybe it just makes us honest ones. To every mom rebuilding herself while raising a tiny human I see you. ❤️ (raw motherhood, honest motherhood, motherhood reality, postpartum emotions, mom influencer reality, mental load of mothers, losing yourself in motherhood, identity after becoming a mom, maternal mental health, realistic parenting, modern motherhood struggles, motherhood without filters, emotional motherhood reel, burnout in mothers, lonely motherhood, postpartum body image, motherhood and friendships, motherhood sacrifices, real mom life, unfiltered mom content, healing after motherhood, motherhood journey, relatable mom reel, vulnerable motherhood content, instagram vs reality motherhood, motherhood exhaustion, parenting creator, motherhood confessions, emotional parenting content, authentic motherhood)
