I found a new Porto–Spanish restaurant on Sarjapur Road that feels like a Mediterranean coastal home: whitewashed walls, blue tiles, hand‑painted corners and cosy lighting that screams date night and aesthetic reels. If you love Spanish cuisine, Mediterranean food, seafood, beef tenderloin, gelato and sorbet, this spot needs to be on your Bangalore restaurants list—perfect for weekend plans, family dining, cafe & restaurant owners scouting inspo, or anyone searching “things to do in Bengaluru” and “instagrammable places in Bangalore.” My table was a full journey: charred carrots with creamy labneh, saffron chickpea hummus with crunchy fennel crackers and corn pita, tiger prawns in umami XO sauce, a buttery French mushroom pie, herb mushroom pil pil and Porto Cafreal prawns that were pure bowl‑of‑comfort vibes. Then came the bougie plates: bright, citrusy Spanish ceviche, luxurious beef tenderloin on mushroom ragu cream with chimichurri, and Andalusian garlic prawns that tasted like a tangy, garlicky hug from the coast. ⚠️Halal Notice⚠️ Stick to what I ordered. Skip pizzas as they have one oven for veg and non-veg, there’s a very high chance of cross contamination there. All the other pork dishes are stored and cooked separately. Dessert was non‑negotiable—earthy pistachio mafroukeh, insanely aromatic Sicilian pistachio gelato with saffron cream, and a sharp, bright lemon sorbet that felt like European summer in one spoon.
