From pani puri / golgappa that was crunchy, ice-cold and perfectly tangy, to sev puri and bhel puri that gave proper Bombay street food vibes, this felt like a mini Chowpatty moment in the city. The dahi bhalla stood out with that addictive sweet chutney, and the corn chaat was a fun twist that surprisingly worked. But what really got me? The pav bhaji in Bangalore that actually tastes authentic. The bhaji was rich, buttery, full of flavour and the pav was soft, fresh, and baked in-house. Also tried their dabeli, chole bhature and gulab jamun, and paired it all with desi coolers (don’t miss the kokum).
