I’ve been loyal to Beyond Burg @beyondburginc for years, so when they opened a new outlet in Indiranagar, I had to see if it still deserved a place in the “best burgers in Bangalore” conversation. Between the minimal grey-and-white space, that pop of signature green and a very Gen Z-coded merch corner, it looks like a café you’d hang at—but the real story is on the plate. Think specialty burgers under one roof: smoked brisket whoppers, juicy smash burgers, fried chicken burgers, old-school cheeseburgers and even serious smoked meat builds that feel straight out of a delicatessen. My usual order? Brisket Whopper, Smashtrami and Buff Animal Fries—smoky, messy, cheesy and loaded in all the right ways. This time I added the Swiss Cheese Burger and the Birria Smash Burger, and the combo of crispy smashed patties, fall-apart beef and bold, tangy sauces pretty much locked this in as my go-to for buff burgers in Indiranagar and maybe the best burgers in India for me.
