We went all in on their new menu: Ali Nazik with smoky baba ghanoush, Beyti kebab that’s meaty, tangy and creamy, Tabak Maaz loaded with glorious fats (fat is flavour!), Kashmiri pulao, buttery lamb chops, Tawuk Kanat and lamb shish tawuk grilled over open flames till they’re tender, juicy and perfectly smoky. Dessert people, don’t skip the sutlu kadayif and that decadent walnut fudge, paired with the most fragrant Turkish tea and strong Turkish kahva/Turkish coffee – easily one of the best ways to end a non‑veg feast in Bangalore.
