We went for golden hour and it honestly felt like a private sunset deck in the middle of the city – perfect if you love sundowners, skyline views and Instagrammable restaurants in Bangalore with great ambience. Started with refreshing tropical mocktails from a globally‑curated beverage program by Rob Scott, then dove into flavour‑packed small plates, bouncy udon noodles and a decadent chocolate raspberry hazelnut dessert that’s basically built for date nights.
