I still remember the day I asked my pediatrician to write a protein powder for my daughter… I was exhausted. Worried all the time. I used to compare her with other kids and silently cry at night. She said, “Most protein powders for kids are just artificial flavours, sugar, and processed ingredients. Your child doesn’t need that. She needs real food. Homemade nutrition.” That day I understood… Healthy weight gain takes time, but natural growth is always worth it.
