Preschool had been on our mind for a while. We kept contemplating, should we or shouldn’t we? We weighed every option, thought about timing, her readiness, and our own. Then one fine day, I just knew we had to do it. Work had gotten more hectic, and it was becoming impossible to spend the kind of quality time I used to. After long, tiring days, I barely had the energy to teach her or engage meaningfully. That’s when preschool felt like the right decision—not just for her learning, but for her social growth, her confidence, and a little structure in her day. And so, we began. This is the first leg of our preschool series, sharing why we chose to take this step and how it’s been so far.
