I like to walk for my life. When hiking in #ArunachalPradesh, I am so close to nature and I can slow down as fast as with any other type of walking and leisure. The scenic charms and quiet sounds of nature replace the everyday charms such as computers, music, television, constant accessibility and activity, street noise and crowds of people, which gradually make us sick. The slowness and naturalness is meditative on me. Hiking is mobile meditation. I feel this particularly in demanding terrain, for example when I climb up a mountain in Tawang and concentrate on my steps and breathing. If I finally stand on the top, my head is free and my heart is open. Such happiness is not so fast in the valley below and in everyday life. #travtasy #MyIndia
