@persiandarbar_ has a huge menu, but here’s the thing… most people still don’t know what to actually order. So I went to their brand-new Andheri West outlet (right beside the RTO, open till 4 am) and figured it out for you. Start with the boss of the menu: the Mutton Raan Kabsa. Massive, juicy leg piece on chilli rice that easily feeds 3–4 people. This dish alone tells you why Persian Darbar is iconic in Mumbai’s food scene. For starters, go straight for Mumtaz Tandoori, Chicken Dahi Lassuni Tikka, and the Lebabni Kebab. The Lebabni was wild, but honestly all three are worth ordering. And if you want something simple, classic, and authentic, their Mutton Seekh Kebab delivers with crazy good quantity and juicy pieces. Main course? Don’t overthink it. Their Murg Mussalam with Garlic Butter Naan is the showstopper. Pure comfort, rich flavor, and one of the most satisfying dishes you’ll find in Mumbai. Their Mutton Bhuna was also being ordered on almost every table, so that should tell you enough. This new Persian Darbar outlet is packed every single day, and for good reason.
