Episode-2 𝗜𝗻 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲 - Pocabe Salad This every day easy plate of Pocabe salad is the ideal go-to as a side dish or complete meal. 𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀- For herby Potato Salad:- • l cup potatoes • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard (optional) • 1 tbsp Salt • Dry or Fresh Pudina and coriander • 1tbsp Jeera powder • 1 tbsp Chat Masala • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise or Curd For Side Salad :- • 1cup lettuce leaves such as romaine green leaf, or iceberg, torn into bite-sized pieces OR a simple julienne cut cabbage • 1/2 beetroot ends trimmed, halved lengthwise and sliced • 1 to 2 carrots peeled, halved lengthwise, and sliced • 1 cup cucumber halved lengthwise and chopped. 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻- For herby Potato Salad:- 1. Add the potatoes to a large stockpot and cover with water by 2 inches. Add 1 tablespoon of salt to the water, and then bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook until the potatoes are fork tender, 15 to 20 minutes. Drain then set aside to cool. 2. When the potatoes are cool enough to handle, cut them into bite sized chunks or slice into thin rounds. Heat 2 tbsp butter add boiled potatoes. 3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.Add some pudina, coriander,jeera and chat masala. Pour all but 1/4 cup of Mayonnaise or Curd over the potatoes and toss. Set the potatoes aside for five minutes to absorb the dressing (it will look like a lot at first, but the potatoes will soak it up). 4. Add the other mix herbs. Toss gently, but thoroughly. If the potato salad seems dry, add a splash of the remaining dressing. Serve warm or cover and refrigerate, and then serve the salad cold. For Side Salad:- Toss carrots and beet root individually on a pan and season them with salt and pepper. We hope you like our episodes. Let us know ur suggestions in comment box or DM us.
