
Practising slow evenings has been a game changer for me. Winding down with a soft routine helps relaxes my body and soul. I Started with slow mornings two years back and I have a set slow routine for my mornings which includes no phones when I wake up. It makes me ready and raring to go for the whole day. By slowing down the first hour of my day, I end with way more energy throughout the day.
