રાજકોટમાં કેટલીક હોટલો યુગલોને માત્ર એક-બે કલાક માટે રૂમ ભાડે આપતી હોવાની ફરિયાદ મળતી રહી છે. આ પ્રકારની વ્યવસ્થા ઘણા કિસ્સામાં છાત્રાઓ અને યુવાઓને મોહજાળમાં ફસાવી શારીરિક શોષણના મામલાઓને જન્મ આપી રહી છે. પોલીસે હોટલના માલિકો અને સંચાલકો સાથે બેઠક કરી, અને એકાંત માટે રૂમ ભાડે ન આપવાની કડક સૂચના આપી છે. શહેરમાં સલામતી જાળવવા માટે હોટલ માલિકોએ આ સૂચનાનું પાલન કરવું અનિવાર્ય છે.
