આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય કોસ્ટલ ક્લીનઅપ ડે 2025 નિમિત્તે GMDCના Akrimota Thermal Power Station (ATPS) દ્વારા કચ્છના નાની છેર બીચ પર વિશાળ ક્લીન-અપ ડ્રાઇવ યોજાઈ. આ અભિયાનમાં કર્મચારીઓ, તેમના પરિવારજનો તથા પાર્ટનર્સે ઉત્સાહપૂર્વક ભાગ લીધો. બીચ પરથી કચરો દૂર કરીને માત્ર સફાઈ જ નહીં, પરંતુ સમુદ્રી સંરક્ષણ અંગે જાગૃતિ પણ ફેલાવવામાં આવી. આ પહેલ દ્વારા સ્થાનિક સમાજ સાથેના સહકારને મજબૂત બનાવાયો. કચ્છના પવિત્ર નારાયણ સરોવર અને રંગીન દરિયાકિનારા વચ્ચે આવેલ આ પ્રદેશમાં GMDCએ ફરી એકવાર પોતાનો ટકાઉ વિકાસ, માનવકેન્દ્રિત વૃદ્ધિ અને પર્યાવરણ પ્રત્યેની પ્રતિબદ્ધતા દર્શાવી છે.
