If I found out I had a job interview tomorrow… And I’d done zero prep? Here’s exactly what I’d do today. No fluff. ⬇️⬇️⬇️ 1. Cancel ALL plans. This is a 24-hour sprint. You’re the priority. Social plans can wait…your future can’t. 2. Ask ChatGPT to prep a tailored company report including: Organisational hierarchy Latest company news Business insights relevant to the role Read it several times. Ask more questions if you feel unsatisfied with context surrounding my 7 C’s: Customers, Core Products/ Services, Colleagues, Competitors, Culture, Current Affairs & Commercials. 3. Go on Glass door. Look for previous interview questions and candidate feedback. No luck? Ask ChatGPT to generate role-specific questions based on the job spec and the company website. 4. Read your own CV like a stranger. For every bullet point on your CV, prep a specific story/example. No vague answers. Receipts only. 5. Practice out loud. You’re not reading. You’re performing. Say your answers like you’re already in the room. Record yourself if needed. 6. Find out who’s interviewing you. Stalk (respectfully) on LinkedIn. → Find common ground → Learn their background → Tailor your questions 7. Write 2-3 questions that let them talk. People love talking about what they do. Make your questions strategic — show curiosity AND business acumen. 8. Queue up a podcast for the commute. Industry-relevant. Role-relevant. Get in the mindset. Keep the nerves in check. Learn something last-minute. Interviews are a game. You just need to know the rules. You’ve got 24 hours. Focus. Prepare. Perform. And remember: If you’re in the room, you’re in the running. P.s.
