Viral Cheesecake Recipe Went Wrong Here’s The 4th Mistake 🤭🤭🤭 . #4 Mistake - I let it freeze for just to much of time. When i was shooting a video i had already kept it out for 15mins. Still after that i was not able scoop all the layers together 🤭🤭🤭 . . Viral Lunchbox Cheesecake Recipe - ✅1) Base - Take a proper square or rectangle tiffin box with a proper lid to make this cheesecake. ✅Take a packet of digestive biscuits crush then in mixer add melted butter to it( not too much). Mix it well and add it as the base of your cheese cake and use of a spoon to make a even layer if the biscuits. Let it set for 40mins ✅2) cheesecake layer - We took 1 cup of paneer - added fresh 1/2 cup cream and 1/4 cup condensed milk. You add honey as sweetener. And blend this all well till you get a smooth paste. ( you can even add any fruit or dry fruits in this layer while blending it for extra flavour). Let this layer set well for 1-2hrs ✅3)Melt 1/2cup of chocolate in oven/double boiler (please use dairy milk/amul dark chocolate) . Pour the melted chocolate over it cheesecake layer. Garnish it with nuts and let it chill for about 3-4hrs ✅4) Once ready keep it outside of 10mins then scoop it out proper and serve🩷 . . .
