UPWAS PREMIX - 1 premix make 5 dishes - Recipe Below ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ . . Recipe For Upwas Premix - 1 Cup sabudana dry roast it for 5 mins. Then take 2.5cups of Samak chawal/ Bhagar and dey roast it for 5 mins. Grind the both together in smooth powder and your vrat premix is ready. You can keep this for 3 months in air tight containers. . 1️⃣Upwas Dhokla - 1 cup upwas premix - add 3-4 tablespoons dhai and water to the batter and make a smooth flowing consistency batter. Add salt . Keep this batter for 15mins. You can also add ENO 1 teaspoon when you are about to steam the batter. Keep the steamer ready. Pour the batter add some jeera and roasted peanuts on the top and steam it. After 15 mins remove it and serve. . 2️⃣Upwas Idli - Take 1 cup upwas premix - add 3-4 tablespoons Dhai - add water little by little. We need a thick batter for idli. Keep it for 30mins. Add salt You can add 1 teaspoons ENO to it (optional). Take the idli mould add the batter and steam them. After 15mins remove them cool them down and serve with Veat wali peanut chutney. . 3️⃣Upwas Khandvi - Take 1 cup vrat premix - add 3-4 tablespoons dhai and add 3/4 cup water. The consistency of this batter has to be watery so add water accordingly. Add green chilli paste and salt Now take the steamer plate and pour the batter and steam it for 10mins.
