Ragi Ukad Recipe - ✅Take 1/3 cup Ragi/finger millet/nachni flour add 2-3 tbsp rice flour and 1/4 cup yogurt/dhai mix this all very well with 1 cup water to it. Make sure to make a runny batter. ✅Prepare a tadka with ghee - jeera - mustard seeds - curry leaves - green chillies and then add the ragi batter made ✅Make sure to continuously keep stirring the mixture as it will thicken up very fast. ✅Add some coriander over it and just let it cook on steam for some time ✅Once its cooked its ready to be served with some ghee . . This Nachni chi ukad taste really good and a very good replacement for upma also. This breakfast recipe is super healthy and wholesome . .
