Horsegram Soup Recipe Or Kulthi Dal Soup Or कुळीथ सूप This is super delicious and healthy lunch or dinner recipe because its wholesome. After drinking one cup of Horsegram soup you are full ❤️❤️ . Beautiful Recipe By @auraartofhealthyliving this tasted super awesome ❤️❤️ . Horse-gram Soup Recipe : ✅1/2 cup of horsegram and soak for 1 hr ( optional) then dry roast it till you hear popping noise. ✅Once dry roast is done then add it to a pressure cooker and add ginger-garlic-green chillies - coriander-small onion-tomato - jeera - salt and 2 cups water and ghee ✅Close the lid abd cook this in cooker till 5-6 whistles ✅Once the cooker cool down check if the horsegram is cooked and then strain it and separate the water ✅Add the horse gram mixture in mixer and grind it in a smooth paste ✅Add the reserve water and some more water to get that perfect soupy consistency and keep it for boiling for 10mins. ✅While serving add ghee and lots of coriander. . . This is a perfect wholesome meal idea and its even rich in protein you can club this with some buttered toast❤️ . .
