Udupi Masala Chitranna / Kayi Sasive Chitranna Recipe ⬇️ Delicious, spicy and super easy to make . Recipe For Masala : 1/2 cup freshly grated coconut 2 tablespoons of mustard seeds 1 tablespoons jeera 2-3 red chilli Small portion Imli 1 tablespoon jaggery powder Grind this all in a paste and keep aside. (Dont add too much water) Rice Recipe - *Heat a kadai - add oil - add jeera- curry leaves and 2 red chillies *Add some peanuts and let them turn golden. *Add turmeric - Hing and salt to the mixture. Sautee everything well *Now add the paste that we have made abd satue on low flame for 5-10 mins *Once done now add cooked rice or leftover rice to it and mix everything very well *Keep a plate and let this all cook in tge steam a bit *Its Ready to be served. Add some fresh coriander for garnish or squeez in a lemon for more taste . . Recipe by @nids.lid loved the recipe it’s soo good full of flavours.
