
I’ve always had movement in some way be a part of my lifestyle, but I never really had clear goals beyond just staying active, healthy and fit. Recently, I decided to get more intentional with my fitness journey and shifted my focus towards strength training, aiming to build muscle while learning how to fuel myself appropriately on a plant-based diet. It’s still a learning process, and I’m figuring things out as I go. But even in this short time, I’m already starting to see some small changes that have me genuinely excited about where this path could lead in the coming years. As I dive deeper into this experience, I plan to share bits and pieces of what I’m doing—whether it’s a workout that’s kicking my butt or a new plant-based recipe I’m trying out. I’d love to hear your tips and words of encouragement along the way! I’m fairly optimistic, seeing the number of plant-based athletes and fitness folks in recent times who are killing it.
