It sounds silly, right? But the subconscious often makes us do silly things. And when it comes to building good riding habits, getting the basics right goes a long way in motorcycling. A visor might seem like a small detail, but I tend to look at these things very precisely. Here are my two cents: 1) A clean visor means better visibility. And better visibility equals safer motorcycling. A dirty visor slowly eats into your field of vision, and over time it will compromise what you see on the road. 2) Visors aren’t cheap. As helmets get more premium, visor prices climb with them. I remember an Arai visor costing around ₹4,500. If you end up replacing one every year, that’s not exactly pocket change. My simple routine? Water and tissue paper. It’s the easiest way I have found to keep the visor clean without overthinking it. Curious to know if there’s an even better method out there. Hope this helps!
