একটি স্কুল শুধু পড়াশোনার জায়গা নয়, একটি গ্রামের ভবিষ্যৎ, অসংখ্য স্বপ্ন আর নতুন প্রজন্মের ভিত্তি। অথচ কেন্দ্রীয় শিক্ষা মন্ত্রকের ইউডাইস প্লাস ২০২৫–২৬ প্রতিবেদনে উঠে এসেছে উদ্বেগের ছবি। মাত্র এক শিক্ষাবর্ষে সারা দেশে বন্ধ হয়ে গেছে ৪,৭৯১টি স্কুল, অর্থাৎ গড়ে প্রতিদিন প্রায় ১৩টি করে। সবচেয়ে বেশি স্কুল বন্ধ হয়েছে মধ্যপ্রদেশে, তবে পশ্চিমবঙ্গেও বন্ধ হয়েছে শতাধিক স্কুল। আরও অবাক করা তথ্য, পশ্চিমবঙ্গে ৪,১৩৩টি স্কুলে একজনও শিক্ষার্থী নেই, অথচ সেখানে কর্মরত রয়েছেন হাজার হাজার শিক্ষক। একই সময়ে কমেছে সরকারি স্কুলের সংখ্যা, বেড়েছে বেসরকারি স্কুলের সংখ্যা এবং বদলেছে শিক্ষার্থীদের ভর্তির ছবিও। দেশের শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থায় এই পরিবর্তনের নেপথ্যে কী কারণ? ইউডাইস প্লাসের সাম্প্রতিক প্রতিবেদনের তথ্য ও পরিসংখ্যান নিয়ে দেখো আজকের প্রতিবেদন। #Education #India #Schools #UDISEPlus #GovernmentSchools #NewsUpdate
