महिला स्वास्थ्य, स्वच्छता एवं सम्मान की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल उत्तर मध्य रेलवे के प्रथम महिला-संचालित रेलवे स्टेशन गोविंदपुरी रेलवे स्टेशन पर महिलाओं की सुविधा, स्वास्थ्य एवं गरिमा को ध्यान में रखते हुए सेनेटरी पैड वेंडिंग मशीन एवं इंसिनरेटर (Sanitary Pad Disposal Unit) का शुभारंभ किया गया। यह पहल माहवारी स्वच्छता के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ाने के साथ-साथ महिला यात्रियों एवं कर्मचारियों को सुरक्षित, सुलभ और सम्मानजनक सुविधाएं प्रदान करने की दिशा में एक सराहनीय कदम है। स्वच्छ एवं संवेदनशील रेलवे परिसरों के निर्माण में यह प्रयास निश्चित रूप से महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएगा। इस गरिमामयी अवसर पर आईआरटीएस अधिकारी सुश्री आकांशू गोविल, स्टेशन मास्टर सुश्री अंकुर, एवं प्रधानाचार्या श्रीमती सपना सिंह की गरिमामयी उपस्थिति रही। महिला सशक्तिकरण, स्वास्थ्य एवं स्वच्छता के प्रति समर्पित ऐसे प्रयास समाज में सकारात्मक परिवर्तन का मार्ग प्रशस्त करते हैं।
