In 2014, I joined BJP not for any position but because I believed in the ideology. I was asked to work during the elections and like many others I gave my time and energy with full dedication. We worked day and night with one belief that nation comes first. I still remember how people used to make fun of us But we did not stop. We continued our efforts with faith and commitment. Today when I see the journey from there to becoming the biggest political party in the world it feels truly special. In these 12 years I never took any formal responsibility. But I feel proud to be one among many people who worked silently to build this party. There are so many people who have given their whole life for this ideology without expecting anything in return. It has been 19 years that I have been connected with this ideology and it has become a part of who I am. On the 47th anniversary I feel grateful for every person whose sacrifices are not always seen or spoken about but are deeply valued.
