Earthen Oven, located on the top floor of Fortune Landmark Hotel managed by @itchotels with mesmerizing view of glowing Ashram road in the dark. An iconic place to satisfy North Indian food cravings especially Kebabs, Biryani. Earthen Oven is unlocked to cater you with one of the most sophisticated sanitization procedures in place. This place strictly adheres social distancing and no mask, no entry rules. To enter this place one must have Arogya Setu App running on their phone with Safe status on display. It was an honor for us to be guest of Executive Chef @chefsureshkhanna. Chef is a winner of National Culinary Award in 1990. He recently prepared food for POTUS Donald Trump during his state visit. He is not short of a celebrity with admirers like Amithabh Bachchan, Shilpa Shetty and our PM Modiji. He is leading the kitchen with a well trained while keeping the hygiene standards at peak. We are fan of his magic work behind the scenes and are spell bound by the food served. We generally don't recommend anything without trying it first ourselves and we are glad to share that we have been here and can assure that safety measures are top notch to ensure safe dining.
