𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗱-𝗲-𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗯𝘆 @yashika_patel Episode-6 𝗜𝗻 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲 - Vegan Cold Cucumber Soup Cold Cucumber Soup – a cool and creamy, dairy free soup that’s perfect for summer. You’ll find vitamin K, vitamin C, potassium, magnesium, vitamin B1, and fiber in these slender green beauties. They are also rich in antioxidants. And it’s all made easily in a blender. 𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀- • 1 cup roasted peanuts • 1 cup cucumber, chopped • 2 small green chillies • 1/2 cup mint and coriander leaves • 1/2 cup grapes • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice • 1/4 inch ginger • 1/2 tablespoon ground cumin • 5 ice cubes 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻- 1. Add peanuts, chillies, mint and coriander, grapes, fresh lime juice, ginger and ground cumin in blender. 2. Blend a bit and add ice cubes to smoothen the paste. Cold water can be used as an alternate. 3. Blend it nicely, take our in a cup or jar. 4. Garnish with chopped cucumber and coriander and Voilà. Vegan Cold Cucumber Soup is ready. Serve Cold.
